Amazing Handstand Videos

I am still training my handstands. I think I have enough strength, but I am still working on my hand balance and flexibility. I watch these amazing handstand videos for inspiration. I would be happy just to be able to do a two handed handstand push up. Hopefully I will post a video of myself doing one in the next few months.

My Favorite Balance Ball Stunt Videos

Here are a few of my favorite balance ball stunt videos. These videos have inspired me to work on my balance ball tricks, and while I can’t do many of these stunts, I have learned to stand on a stability ball, and have taught at least five other people to do it. In fact I taught two people to do it in just one day of practice.

Some Great Parkour / Free Running Videos

The sport of parkour (aka free running or freerunning) has been around for a while, but I only learned about it a few years ago. My first major exposure was about two years ago when I rented District B13, French action movie that features one of the originators of Parkour, David Belle.

For those who don’t know, Parkour also known as free running is an activity where participants navigate obstacles, typically in an urban setting. The skills involved are based on gymnastics, rock climbing, jumping, and martial arts.

I always enjoy watching free running or related videos on YouTube and elsewhere. Unless you know what you are doing, please don’t try any of the stunts in these videos. Here are a few of my favorites.
